Ultimo does not guarantee any return on investment and past performance is not indicative of future results. While we implement robust custody practices, including cold storage for the majority of assets, there is no absolute guarantee against loss due to insolvency, fraud, or security breaches. Digital assets held on the Platform may not be covered by any government deposit protection scheme.
8. Smart Contract Risk
Where the Platform interacts with smart contracts or decentralised protocols, there is risk of bugs or vulnerabilities in those contracts. Exploits of smart contract vulnerabilities can result in permanent loss of assets. Ultimo does not take responsibility for losses arising from vulnerabilities in third-party smart contracts or protocols.
